Upon placing an on line order using this Web Site, for a product supplied by Hambleside, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement confirming both the receipt of your order and its details.
Your purchase order is at the stage of your e mailing it to us via the Web Site facilities an offer made by you to us for you to purchase the chosen product (s). That order will be accepted by us after we have sent to you an e-mail confirming that the selected item (s) is available and that the artwork we have received for personalisation is suitable for use and that we will be able to supply the product to you in accordance with your order and delivery instructions (the "Acceptance of Order E-mail").
The acceptance of your order will be complete at the time that we send the Acceptance of Order E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not specifically confirmed in an Acceptance of Order E-mail do not form part of any contract to supply.
Pricing and availability

We reflect on our Web Site detailed product information, for example, colours shapes styles and formats. In the vast majority these items will be available to meet your order and its instructions. However, in some cases the items may become unavailable and we will be unable to supply either because the product has been withdrawn or because there are other difficulties. Upon receipt of your order, we will immediately check into the availability of the selected item (s) and in our Acceptance of Order e mail confirmation to you, we will confirm the full order requirements Any indication of deliver times given on this Web Site, are just that an indication and should only be taken as a guide. Whilst we will do everything possible to meet your desired deliver date, the actual dates will be dependent upon the information contained within our Acceptance of Order e mail.
Pricing
The prices given for each product within this Web Site are applicable for the item and the printed specification which is also shown. Other costs may be incurred for artwork and origination and these will be shown at the check out point. It is possible that there may be pricing errors within the information contained on this Web Site. This will be carefully checked by us and any variation will be contained within the Acceptance of Order e mail, if the prices are lower than the ones quoted on this Web Site you will be charged the lower cost. If they are higher than your order we will inform you within the Acceptance of Order e mail and provide you with an opportunity to cancel the contract or to modify your order. We will not charge a higher price without your specific authorisation.
Customs
When ordering goods from Hambleside for delivery outside of the United Kingdom the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the consignment reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over those charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies will vary from country to country, and you should contact your local Import or Customs Authorities to clarify the position.
