Artwork and Printing
Personalisation options
These vary depending upon the nature of gift item selected.
Screen printing: the application of a colour through a stencil screen which is commonly used for plastic, metal or PU items including some clothing.
Tampo printing: Ideal application for items such as pens, golf balls or other products involving a curved surface.
Foil blocking or blind embossing: The use of a metal die to emboss the product with the desired logo, name or initials. The image may just be impressed into the item or a foil may be used to provide a limited range of colours, traditionally gold or silver. Items most commonly printed using this technique are leather goods or simulated leather and diary or address book covers.
Embroidery: used primarily for clothing.
Engraving: Ideal form of personalisation for metal or glass products.
Dye sublimation print: An image is first printed using special inks onto a carrier paper and then transferred by a heat process to the ceramic surface. Under heat the inks vaporize and permanently dye the mug with your design.
