How to use this site:

3.) If you are an existing customer you will be issued with an account name and password details for direct access. [NB:This is the only occasion that this site will require you to use an access code.]

In all cases you will not be invoiced for, or your credit card charged with, the order value amount until we have despatched the goods to you.

Delivery lead times

From the date that you place your order with us you should normally allow for a 28 day delivery period. Some of our product range is designed specifically for a much faster turnaround, a matter of a few days, and may be accessed here.
